The Bethany Spirit Riders also participate in local Charity Rides and community events as outreach. Also, support Bethany UMC ministries/missions.

Our Mission

The Ride for Freedom started as a way to show our love and support for our veterans at Bethany Church in Allentown. It has grown to include military families, supporters, and riders from all over the Lehigh Valley, regardless of affiliation.

We deliver by motorcycle a care package that includes several key items: a letter for the family and soldier to encourage them to reach out to our network of supporters in their times of need, a hip pocket devotional for the soldier and a Blue Star window cling for the family.

Our support for these families is year round. The Ride for Freedom raises awareness about our programs. We are deeply grateful for and pray God’s blessing over all involved.
