Ralph was appointed to Bethany Church in 1992 as the Associate Pastor. Previously he served at four Pennsylvania churches -- St. John's UMC in Ivyland, Washington Crossing UMC in Washington's Crossing, Neshamony UMC in Hulmeville, and Canadensis UMC in Canadensis
Ralph received a Bachelors of Arts degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and graduated from Drew Theological School with a Masters of Divinity degree in 1976.

In his 31 years of pastoral sevice, Ralph has been active in Christian camping, local ecumenical organizations and senior citizen's ministry.
