About Senior Citizens' Fellowship

The purpose of this ministry is to love, obey and proclaim Jesus Christ.

The word “fellowship” is in our name. We are brothers and sisters in Christ. All part of God’s great family. Together, we pray, study, learn, consume good food, and enjoy each other’s company.

Our Christian fellowship provides something “to do” every Tuesday of the month. We have two Bible Studies a month and two social events a month.

We have several day trips each year to different places and one or two three day retreats to different locations like the Poconos, the shore, or Lancaster etc.

Keeping in Touch

There are many ways to keep in touch with our ministry’s programs.

  1. Calling the office and asking to be put on the mailing list and the phonetree list. We send a postcard out every month with a listing of events. We also send a recorded message to your phone of choice with extra information as needed.
  2. Read the Bethany Post and the weekend worship bulletin. The Post outlines events for the upcoming two months and the bulletin announces plans for two weeks.
  3. Dial up the seniors’ information line and listen for the current announcements, including cancellations. The number is 610-395-3613 after you get the automated answer push 49.
  4. Call me (Pastor Ralph). Office: 610-395-3613 extension 14, Home: 610-391-9849. Cell: 484-951-6772. No calls after 9:00 pm.

55 or older? You have a standing invitation to attend any or all of our Senior Events. Please call Pastor Ralph with any questions, Please watch the Seniors’ Fellowship section of the bulletin announcements for any changes in dates etc. or call the Seniors’ Information line: 610-395-3613 ext 49.

Join our Tuesday Bible Studies in the Studio room (off Fellowship Hall) at 9:30 a.m.

  • Tuesday, February 7 - Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. (John 17)
  • Tuesday, February 21- Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. (John 18)

Join our Fellowship Events listed below:

  • Tuesday, February 14- Pizza and a Movie at Noon in the Church. RSVP to the church office by Monday, February 13.
  • Tuesdays, February 28- Lunch at Italiano Restaurant in Wescosville.  Meet at the restaurant at 11:30 a.m.  RSVP to the church office by Monday, February 27.
