The purpose of this ministry is to love, obey and proclaim Jesus Christ.
The word “fellowship” is in our name. We are brothers and sisters in Christ. All part of God’s great family. Together, we pray, study, learn, consume good food, and enjoy each other’s company.
Our Christian fellowship provides something “to do” every Tuesday of the month. We have two Bible Studies a month and two social events a month.
We have several day trips each year to different places and one or two three day retreats to different locations like the Poconos, the shore, or Lancaster etc.
There are many ways to keep in touch with our ministry’s programs.
- Calling the office and asking to be put on the mailing list and the phonetree list. We send a postcard out every month with a listing of events. We also send a recorded message to your phone of choice with extra information as needed.
- Read the Bethany Post and the weekend worship bulletin. The Post outlines events for the upcoming two months and the bulletin announces plans for two weeks.
- Dial up the seniors’ information line and listen for the current announcements, including cancellations. The number is 610-395-3613 after you get the automated answer push 49.
- Call me (Pastor Ralph). Office: 610-395-3613 extension 14, Home: 610-391-9849. Cell: 484-951-6772. No calls after 9:00 pm.
Are you 55 years old or older? Then consider joining our Seniors’ Fellowship, here at Bethany Church. We meet every week; twice a month for Bible study and twice a month for fellowship events. Call the Church office and ask to be put on our monthly notice mailings. Call 610-395-3613 and put in extension #49 for information about our upcoming meetings. Also, you can call Pastor Ralph at extension #14 with any questions.
Bible Studies meet on Tuesdays, May 7 & 21 at 9:30 a.m. in the Studio room off of Fellowship Hall.
Events in May
Tuesday, May 28 @ NOON, we will meet in Carlson Hall for a Covered Dish lunch and view missionary videos.
For all of these events: please call into the Church office the Friday before, to let us know you are attending. This helps in the planning of each event.
