After graduating from New Britain High School in New Britain, Connecticut in 1971, I joined the Air Force where I served stateside during the Viet Nam conflict.  Several years later, after transferring into the Connecticut Air National Guard, I met my future husband Bill thru our employment together.  It was during this time that I came in contact with Christians who told me about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ - something I had never heard of before. I accepted the invitation to become a Christian and my life has never been the same. Bill became a Christian shortly after we began dating.

Bill and I grew up in Connecticut and have been married for 34 years. Thru God's leading we moved from Connecticut to Tennessee and then onto Pennsylvania.   In 1979, while in Tennessee, our son was born but we lost him soon after to SIDS. God was truly our comforter during this difficult time. Our two daughters, Rebecca and Sara were born in Pennsylvania. We now all consider Pennsylvania to be our home state. We currently have three wonderful grandsons.

While here in Pennsylvania, I began looking for a job and God brought me to Bethany church. I was hired in September 1999 and Bill and I became members 4 years later.  We attend the Saturday evening service and have enjoyed the fellowship and friendship of staff and others alike. My favorite hymn is "Great Is Thy Faithfulness" because of the unfailing love and faithfulness that our Lord has shown us through our life. He is truly worthy!
