Marriage Enrichment Overview

Marriage (or engaged) Enrichment is an amazing Christian program that does just what the name implies!  It makes your relationship richer!  You will find yourself closer and more “connected” with your partner at the end of the workshop.  You will also find yourself closer to God.

For the first half of the program, we work in a small group, with a leader who will teach and demonstrate communication skills.  The second half, you and your partner will be alone, following guidelines provided by your leader.  We start with dinner at 6:00 on Friday, and the program begins at 7:00.  We go until around 10:30, which probably seems late, but worth it.   Saturday starts at 8:00, and runs until lunch.  Then you will have a long break until getting together again at 4:00.  Dinner will be at 6:00, and the Saturday night program ends around 10:00.   Sunday goes from 8:00 until 11:00.  We try to end in time for couples to get to the 11:00 worship service.

In brief, you need to free up your weekend completely, devoting your full attention to your partner.  We can assist with childcare, as long as you let us know in advance.  The cost is $50 per couple, and we take up a free will offering at the end of the weekend to cover food costs.  Scholarships are available if money is tight right now.
