Get Connected to Small Groups at Bethany

Small Groups provide an opportunity to deepen your love and commitment to God. Here at Bethany, we have opportunities for you to connect with others through many different small groups, studies and classes for adults. These studies teach you to grow in your spiritual journey as well as participate in Christian fellowship with one another outside of Worship. Please look under the categories for topics that interest you. We hope that one will match your needs.

If you have any questions or are interested in joining a group, contact the church office.

**New information will be posted as it becomes available.

Ride for Freedom @ Bethany Church
May 11 @ 8:00 am – 11:00 am

This Ride is Free.
All riders are welcome.
We ride to homes of local veteran families and commit to support and care for them year round. Every year we sponsor a specific family in need and get them help.
There is a free catered BBQ following the ride at Bethany Church where everyone is invited; riders, veterans and the community, even if you didn’t go on the ride.
This annual ride is vital as it raises awareness for the aid offered year round and grows the network of support for our local veterans.

Line up begins at 8:00am 3801 Brookside Road, Macungie Bethany Church.
There will be a safety brief before departure.
Veterans and photos will be taken at William Allen High School and the ride will end back at Bethany Church.
Catered Lunch from Atomic Hog BBQ will begin 11-11:30 after the riders return and prayer.
Cars may follow the riders and all are invited to the fellowship BBQ.

If you would like to ride, volunteer, request help for a veteran or donate please contact Scotty Coyle, scoyle@bethanyumchurch.com

Tribute to Our Freedom @ Bethany Church
May 19 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

The 14th annual Tribute to Our Freedom is an inspiring evening to honor and pray for our veterans.  There will be a Color Guard, Armed Forces Medley, Patriotic Performances, Purple Heart Veterans Presentation and Hors D’Oeuvres Meet & Greet following.  This evening is free and open to the entire community.

You can honor your veteran (past and present) two ways.

-Submit their Name, Branch, Theaters of Combat and major awards for the Armed Forces Medley.

-Register to bring in Photos, Uniform, Biographies and memorabilia from their time of service.  This will be put on display for the public’s viewing during the Hors D’Oeuvres Meet & Greet.

Every year we highlight a different group from within our veteran community.  This year there will be a special presentation to Purple Heart Recipients.   Please invite and register friends and family who received the Purple Heart Commendation for injuries sustained against an armed enemy.

To register please contact the church office at 610-395-3613 or through our online link. REGISTER VETERANS HERE
